You have a choice. Pick one:

  1. Order Online.  We’ll confirm your order after you  submit it.  Also, you will receive a Thank you confirmation upon completion of your order. For detail instruction, click here.
  1. Call our toll free 1-877-329-4686 for fast credit card or mail in ordering 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  1. Fax your order in at 301-420-9186 and you’ll have a speedy response the very same day.
  1. Mail your order to the above address.  As soon as we receive your request we start the process of completing your order.

Note:  Prices are subject to change due to market conditions. Please order promptly.  All orders subject to acceptance by FAW International, LLC.

 

 

Detailed Instructions for Ordering Online

To order coins or any accessory products simply go to Online Store. Select the products of your choice by simply clicking the image or name.  Click "+ Add to Shopping Cart" if you want to order an item.  You will see your item in the shopping cart.  If you wish to purchase another item(s) just click "Continue Shopping" and you will be redirected to the Online Store page and the process is continued.  Lastly, to purchase these products you must click on "Check Out."  In order to complete your sale you must fill in the billing information, ship to information, credit card payment information and the security image verification section. All orders take place through 1ShoppingCart.com's secure web server. (See image to the right. You can verify the status by clicking on the "Credit Card Security" link in the "Credit Card Payment" section.) Complete all required section of this order confirmation form.  In the Product Order Information section please review your purchase to make sure the order is correct. If there is an error in the Quantity section simply changes the number.  If you have any comments or concerns please fill in the allotted area.  Finally, click Submit Order .

Return Policy

FAW’s Return Policy:

  1. FAW International offers a 10-day customer satisfaction policy after receipt of your order.  You must contact us by email within 10 days of receiving your order.
  2. Carefully, inspect and evaluate your coin(s) and/or other purchases during this period.
  3. Any coin or currency removed from its original holder is considered sold.
  4. Sealed Mint products must remain sealed and in good condition upon return.
  5. Please let us know if you prefer an exchange, credit or refund.
  6. Shipping and handling fees and return postage fees are non-refundable.

Order Status

Checking your Order:

To check your order status, please call 1-877-329-4686 or use the order number received in your confirmation email to check your status online.  If your item has shipped, use the tracking number you received by email in your shipping notice to track the shipment.

Back Ordered Items

Back ordered items will be shipped within 30 days. If we can not ship your order within that time, we will notify you of the delay. If the items cannot be shipped within thirty days then you may then elect to wait for the items to arrive or may cancel your order.

Shipping Information

We ship your order by registered US Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, and UPS mail services. We have found these to be the best, safest, and most convenient and economical methods available. Because of this added security, we highly recommend you sign for each package when it is delivered. Should you or some one in the household not be unavailable when the mail carrier attempts to deliver your order, you will then receive a delivery notification slip allowing you to pick up your order at the nearest Post Office or mail service. Your order will never be left unsecured.

1. Where do you ship? 

 FAW ship packages both domestically and abroad.  We have a wide range of carriers available each day for pick up and deliver. Just call our 1-877-329-4686 number and a customer service representative will be happy to explain our shipping policy and areas of delivery.

2. How do you ship packages? 

We’ll ship your orders by FedEx Services, UPS ground and air, and by the U.S. Postal Services.  Customers can choose which every service is most convenient for their particular need.  Final costs per shipment will be displayed at the end of the check out process.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

For packages shipped regular service within the U.S., customers should expect to receive their delivery within 7 to 10 days.  Other mail services such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS, information is available through our web site for time of delivery or order status.

4. What are the shipping fees to send my order?

 The shipping fees are based on your shipping location, size and weight of your package.  Each order is link to the carriers we use and the rate per order is automatically calculated and added to your final purchase.  You will be able to review all shipping charges before your order is submitted. 

5. Can I track my order after it has been shipped?

We have a tracking system with all mail services.  To get up to date tracking information customers can go to order status located on the Customer Service page with their tracking number and find their current order status.  

 

Fast SHIPPING

All orders are insured for their full value. Packages must be signed for. If using USPS services, they will attempt to deliver items up to three times before returning them to FAW International. All USPS orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Oversize/Heavy items will be shipped via FedEx Ground or upon your request.

Shipping Rates are based on total price of the order.

FedEx 2-Day Shipping: Additional $15 charge

FedEx Standard Overnight: Additional $30 charge

Foreign Shipping & Quotes (Includes Canada): After you have placed your foreign order, we will contact you via e-mail giving you a choice of international shipping methods. We will provide quotes for (i) Fed Ex-International and (ii) International Air-Mail. Your order will be dispatched when we receive notification of your preferred shipping method and your acceptance of the extra freight charges.

Our International customers can call 1-877-329-4686 to reach either our customer service or sales representatives for a shipping quote.

Additional freight charges will be added to foreign orders.

A customer service representative will be happy to explain our shipping policy and provide you notification of your order status.

Terms and Conditions: All payments must be in U.S. funds. We accept personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders, or credit cards. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment except for personal check orders which are held up to 7 days for check clearing. International transactions must be paid by a credit card or international money order in U.S. funds
